The European Hairdressing Certificate is based on three levels:

• Level A - the national training system
   
• Level B - the European Hairdressing Certicate that shall always be at a level that never can be inferior to any national level, but always be at the top, due to the demands in the schemes for level B on this site
   
• Level C: The European management level to be built upon the European Hairdressing Certificate. The management training shall at least be at the same level as the the best national management training-system - due to the schemes for level C on this site
